Malaysia Politic(2): Telekom

Have you ever experience that you  went to Telekom Malaysia Berhad for inquiry but Telekom's Staff always tell you
:"sorry sir, our system was broken down. would you please fill up the form first and leave your contact number, then our related department officer will contact you." 
Don't panic, use to it... Telekom's staff need to check their FACEBOOK, how can you expect them using computer to check your problem when they are enjoy surfing FACEBOOK!
