Malaysia Live(4): Maxis

My family of  5 members are using Maxis service under my mum's name for many years, and my mum was signed up the auto debit service for Maxis payment. Around 3 months back, my mum's OCBC Bank's credit card was been renew due to expired, but with different card number. My mum went to Maxis service center at bukit tinggi, klang, selangor where inside the Jusco to inform them that the auto debit service has been suspended, when she realized that no deduction for Maxis shown on the OCBC bank's statement. But SHIT, the crew over the Maxis service centre at Bukit Tinggi told my mum that this issue must belong to OCBC bank. After that, my mum call to OCBC bank to inform them to re- process the Maxis auto debit with the new credit card to 1. Telekom 2. Astro 3. Great Eastern Assurance 4. Maxis. Thought everything has been done, until few days back, my mum was surprised again with that OCBC latest bank's statement, because OCBC only did the auto debit for 1. Telekom 2. Astro 3. Great Eastern Assurance but no 4. Maxis. My mum was very worried and call me for help, so that i ask my sister call to Maxis customer service for help. Unfortunately, the stupid service person said that my mum's auto debit service was canceled due to tried of 3 times failed, and the stupid person want to fax the application form to my mum to fill up and wants my mum to fax it back with photocopy of IC and credit card. My sister try to ask the stupid person to help us that let my mum able to just give the new credit number via call and continuous the auto debit service, but she refused with very hesitate attitude! I am very angry! Because we are away from house intensively and one of my brother even in oversea, and some more my mum is that kind of aunt of less educated and don't understand  Malay and English, so, what do that stupid fellow expect for? Expecting my mum is able to fill up the application form? Or take bus to Maxis center for solution?
We all use maxis service for so many years, Maxis should solve our problem with our convenient, but why the stupid maxis customer service person keep give trouble to us? And the stupid person said that the customer service at bukit tinggi is only their authorized dealer since my sister told the stupid person that my mum ever went there and they ask my mum go for OCBC Bank to solve this problem, is the stupid person try to escape his responsibility from this problem? And some more the stupid person blame us never inform them that the problem of auto debit service within 3 months, we heard she said like it serve us right! WTF! Is the maxis like this worst? YES, it is! Now i felt i was so lucky because i chosen digi service for my Company, and i don't have problem with them because they always make me convenient. But how about Maxis? really bloody damm bad service! So, I decided switch to another telco (Digi) after my brother came back from China on January of 2011

时光匆匆,光阴似箭;
如果,半年多前的话,我省了塞车时间;
如果,一年半前的话,离家前的吻还在;
如果,两年半前的话,很多早安对我说;
如果,三年多前的话,笑脸在我微笑前;
如果,五年多前的话,味道带给我安慰;

如果,三十四年前没有的话,现在这如果就不会呈现在你的眼前;

决策人这三个字不是所有人都有资格用;
(1) 她,不是决策人... 但,是决策人背后的人;
(2) 她,不是决策人... 但,是决策人爱着的人;
(3) 她,不是决策人... 但,是决策人命令的人;
(4) 她,不是决策人... 但,是决策人无关的人;

做人就是会面临选择,我不会选;
做人就是要学会自主,我不想学;
做人就是要懂得勇敢,我不愿懂;

Malaysia Politic(4): Barisan Nasional

Najib degraded political discourse with his vicious attacks on PR which can only boomerang on him & BN leaders
Najib has degraded political discourse with his vicious attacks on Pakatan Rakyat as “anti-national”, “evil”, “despicable”, “very dangerous”, etc which can only boomerang on him and BN leaders

The Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has degraded political discourse with his vicious attacks on Pakatan Rakyat as “anti-national”, “evil”, “despicable”, “very dangerous” etc which can only boomerang on him and Barisan Nasional leaders. In fact, in his speech to the Barisan Nasional convention yesterday, Najib was guilty of three of the four “political diseases” he had warned would crush the Barisan Nasional, viz delusion, amnesia and arrogance. Najib was guilty of delusion when he spoke of Barisan Nasional’s “manifest destiny” to “bring this great nation, Malaysia, to its fullest potential” when Malaysia had been losing out to one country after another in economic development and progress in the past five decades, with an unchecked brain drain and domestic capital outflow to the extent that the country was warned recently by a Cabinet Minister that the country was heading towards bankruptcy in 2019.

Najib was guilty of amnesia when he so easily forgot the reasons why Barisan Nasional suffered its worst electoral defeat in the 2008 general elections, losing five state governments and parliamentary two-thirds majority. Najib was guilty of arrogance when he presented the next general elections battle as one between “good vs evil”, “loyalty vs treachery” and “patriotism vs anti-national’, as if corruption, rent-seeking, abuses of power and human right violations are the by-words for good, loyalty and patriotism while commitment to uphold and restore constitutional and political integrity, justice, rule of law and human rights represent evil, treachery and being “anti-national”. As Prime Minister and leader for all Malaysians if his 1 Malaysia concept is to be taken seriously, Najib should be mindful of Dr. Samuel Johnson’s dictum “Patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels” and should not set the bad example of doubting the sincerity, bona fide or worse the patriotism of political adversaries.
If Najib is serious in his charges that Pakatan Rakyat leaders are “anti-national”, “evil”, “despicable”, “very dangerous”, and a string of other epithets, is he prepared to agree to a whole series of live television debates between BN and PR leaders on who is really “anti-national”, “evil”, “despicable”, “very dangerous” – whether Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Rakyat?

Malaysia Politic(3): Policemen part II

05-12-2010: Tear Gas,
Water Cannons Unleashed, 48 Arrested

KUALA LUMPUR:
Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim had on Sunday, Dec 5 handed over a memorandum to the Istana Negara seeking the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin’s intervention over the  restructuring the Selangor water supply industry. The memorandum was handed over to the Istana Negara Press Officer Khairi Abdul Rahman at the palace grounds at about 2.15pm. The Menteri Besar was accompanied by Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali, Selangor DAP chairman Teresa Kok, a member of the PAS central committee Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad and the PAS Member of Parliament for Shah Alam Khalid Samad. When met by reporters later, Abdul Khalid said among the contents of the memorandum was to request the King to order the rights over water resources, now handled by Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas), to be returned to the Selangor state government. "I will make the offer document for the purchase worth more than RM6 billion to the concession companies managing the water resources," he said. In addition, the memorandum also requested Tuanku Mizan to review the objectives of the Water Services Industry Act 2006 to understand the need to restructure the industry in a holistic manner. Earlier, 4,350 PAS members, undergraduates from the Klang Valley and the Selangor Anti-Irregularities Federation (GAPS) gathered without a permit at the National Mosque and Stadium Negara before marching simultaneously towards Istana Negara. However, police personnel including from the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) and the traffic police managed to block their movement resulting in only some of them managing to proceed to the Istana Negara. The gathering at the National Mosque began at about 12 noon before they were dispersed by police about four hours later after firing tear gas and water canons. There were several people who acted violently against the policemen when attempting to break through the police cordon.
- Bernama -

:- As a last resort to the protracted struggle for control over the management of water in Selangor, Pakatan Rakyat today organised a rally at the Masjid Negara in Kuala Lumpur where they were planning to march to the Istana Negara to submit a memorandum on the matter to the king.
:- By early afternoon, about 7,000 were gathered at the Masjid Negara in a sea of red shirts that flooded its compound. Meanwhile, battalions of plaincloth and blue-uniformed police officers as well as Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) riot personnel took their positions along the route from Masjid Negara to the royal palace and in no time sprang into action.

:- 11.30am: The police are taking no chances and have set up roadblocks and sent out patrols specifically to clamp down on the gathering at the National Palace organised by the Pakatan Rakyat-led government to submit a memorandum to the ruler Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin.
:- The demonstration on Selangor water tariffs that started from the Masjid Negara this afternoon saw at least 48 people arrested.
:- According to Ampang MP Zuraida Kamaruddin, 32 were loaded into the first police truck and 15 in the second.

Malaysia Politic(3): Policemen

Again! Police use weapon to attack us!
Why is so difficult for Barisan Nasional (Current Federal Governor) to allow Selangor State Governor to buy over Syabas(water supplier)? Why always want to attack people with teargas, as a Federal Governor should protect us but why, always taking benefit from us instead of giving us benefit?

Ladies and Gentlemen, please make your vote worth. Review what Barisan Nasional did to us when they are Federal Governor, give a chance to Pakatan Rakyat , let them prove to us that how well if they became the Governor.

Malaysia Politic(2): Telekom

Have you ever experience that you  went to Telekom Malaysia Berhad for inquiry but Telekom's Staff always tell you
:"sorry sir, our system was broken down. would you please fill up the form first and leave your contact number, then our related department officer will contact you."
Don't panic, use to it... Telekom's staff need to check their FACEBOOK, how can you expect them using computer to check your problem when they are enjoy surfing FACEBOOK!
